With nearly two decades of experience in the CPG industry as the CEO of BooginHead, I’ve built a business from the ground up, scaled it to multimillion-dollar success, and successfully navigated the complexities of growth through a profitable exit.
Before BooginHead, I honed my skills in HR and recruiting with my own recruiting company and full time at industry leaders like Microsoft, where I gained valuable experience in building high-performing teams and driving organizational success.
Now, at Fractional Founders, I’ve assembled my A Team of CPG experts specializing in branding, marketing, product development, finance, and operations. Together, we deliver tailored solutions that create meaningful impact for businesses looking to grow, scale, and innovate.
